Chilli Rochen!<\/font><\/p>\n<p><font face=\"Verdana\" size=\"2\">Sehr sehr lecker! Etwas schwer zu beschreiben. Ein weicheres Fleisch als Kabeljau und im Geschmack nicht so &#8222;fischig&#8220;.<\/font><\/p>\n<p><font face=\"Verdana\" size=\"2\">Besonders lecker war die obligatorische Sambal-Sauce. Erinnert ein wenig an eine Kreuzung aus mexikanischer &#8222;Salsa&#8220; und italienischer &#8222;Bruscetta&#8220;.<\/font><\/p>\n<p><font face=\"Verdana\" size=\"2\">Shiok, kann ich da nur sagen!<\/font><\/p>\n<p><font face=\"Verdana\" size=\"2\">(&#8222;Shiok&#8220; (pronounced &#8217;she-oak&#8216;) is a Malaysian-Singaporean slang word roughly meaning &#8222;damn good&#8220;, &#8222;heavenly&#8220; or &#8222;yummy&#8220; that is a common expression of their love of good food)<\/font><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.winckler.org\/V2\/BlogPix\/SambalStingray.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">\u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hatte letzte Woche, in der Mittagspause, Sambal Chilli Stingray.
